Hello Friends,
At Seva, our top priority is the safety, health, and well-being of our clients and our community. Like you, we are closely tracking information and recommendations regarding COVID-19 as they develop.
At this time, Seva is remaining open. However, most of our practitioners will be temporarily moving to a telehealth model, either partially or entirely. This is in accordance with current health recommendations indicating that social distancing is crucial at this time, both for those who do, and those who do not have symptoms of illness. Your practitioner will be contacting you to advise you of their plans for their practice.
Our reception services will be conducted remotely for the time being. If your call or email is not answered right away, please know that it will be returned as soon as possible.
For those coming to Seva for necessary in-person appointments, we are doing all we can do protect you and your safety. Here are some steps we’re taking:
CLEANING: While our office is cleaned regularly, it has recently been deep cleaned and sanitized. We have increased efforts to sanitize and disinfect high traffic areas, including door handles, tables and counters, practitioners’ tools, and bathrooms.
HAND WASHING: We encourage you to wash your hands upon arrival and before leaving the office. Your practitioner will be washing their hands and sanitizing their personal office before and after each appointment.
WAITING AREA: We are disinfecting the waiting area several times a day and keeping it as clear of people as possible. We have temporarily removed the toys and magazines from the waiting room.
Our practitioners are committed to giving you the care you need. They will, however, be keeping in-person conversations brief in an effort to minimize contact. If you need to have a longer conversation with your practitioner, they will be happy to set that up via phone or email. Please do not bring children or other family members along to appointments unless absolutely necessary.
We will continue to keep you updated as the situation, and our response to it, develops.
A reminder, per CDC instructions, the best prevention for COVID-19 and any other virus is to:
