Mama Recharge with Natalie and Monica

Mama Recharge is an opportunity for mothers to engage in self-care through a yoga practice (suitable for all levels), followed by the deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra (meditative sleep). Each Mama Recharge workshop also includes time for community building with a discussion circle. Tea and snacks are included!
