A Reiki treatment restores balance and harmony to the whole person, bringing about a sense of wellness and inner peace. Discover how to access this healing energy for yourself and others. During this workshop, you will:

• learn the history, principles and applications of Reiki
• explore basic aspects of the 7 chakra system 
  
• become attuned to Reiki Level 1
• give and receive hands-on treatments
